Yes, absolutely! We understand life comes with its own set of adventures, including travel. Should you need to travel during your 6 or 12-week program, we offer the flexibility to accommodate your plans. This includes the ability to reschedule sessions due to illness or travel, with sessions being conveniently added onto the end of your program to ensure you don’t miss out on your training.
