12-Week Prenatal or Postpartum

Personal Training Program

Train at our Yonge & Bloor, Toronto studio or from home with live video-call coaching, with pregnancy specific workouts designed to support you through every stage.

  • ✓ Expert-led weekly workouts: 1-2 sessions/week with your dedicated prenatal-certified personal trainer.

    50-mins/workout, Mon-Fri availability, flexible to pause for travel, holidays or illness.

    ✓ Motivating coaching in every session: Expert guidance so you always feel safe, supported and confident. Suitable for all fitness levels; exercise clearance required.

  • Your Personalized Program

    A fully personalized workout plan built around your trimester, fitness level, energy needs, and evolving goals.

    Safe, effective, and empowering, with a seamless transition to postpartum training when ready.

    Focus Areas:

    • First trimester: Adapt movement around fatigue, nausea, and hormonal shifts to stay active without second-guessing what’s safe or appropriate.

    • Second trimester: Harness increased energy by building consistency, strength and confidence with modifications.

    • Third trimester: Maintain strength, comfort and mobility, helping you move well and prepare for birth and recovery.

    • Postpartum: Safe, intentional return to movement, re-building core, pelvic floor, and full-body strength at your own pace - no pressure to “bounce back”.

  • Workout in-studio at Yonge & Bloor (33 Bloor St. East, Toronto), or live on video-call with your trainer (no equipment needed)

  • ✓ Kickoff call, weekly check in's and midpoint call with your trainer and Founder Mel so you never feel lost, stuck or confused.

PRE-NATAL CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER & FOUNDER, @melgrauds

As a mom-to-be and Prenatal Certified Personal Trainer, Mel understands firsthand how transformative fitness can be, especially during pregnancy and post-partum. After discovering strength training as a beginner and experiencing its life-changing benefits, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and launched Melrose Training in 2019 to help women feel strong and confident through every life stage.

As the Founder, Mel is dedicated to supporting you during your perinatal journey with safe, effective, and personalized strength training. Her goal is to empower you to stay active, maintain strength, and feel your best - however your body is changing.
