TBH, I used to use any excuse to skip gym class? I wasn’t always active. My fitness journey started as a total beginner. At first, I was stuck in a cycle of endless HIIT and cardio, wondering why I felt drained instead of strong. Then I found strength training, and everything changed.
That shift inspired Melrose Training to help women ditch extremes, embrace confidence, and build routines that actually last. With my background as a former full-time Registered Nurse and a passion for activewear, I bring a balanced, expert-driven approach to fitness that’s all about feeling good, inside and out.
As the Founder, I work closely with the Melrose Training team and personally join all client consults, kickoff calls, and check-ins, providing an added layer of support in your fitness journey.
